The SE series has grown into one of PRS’s main lineups, realizing guitars at an affordable price range while inheriting the sound quality of PRS.

Electric and Acoustic Tones
PRS SE Custom 24 Semi-Hollow Piezo follows the core specifications of PRS’s flagship model Custom 24, which was released in 1985, but by adopting a semi-hollow structure, it produces a more acoustic and organic sound.

In addition to the single coil sound obtained by the coil tap of the push/pull tone, this model is equipped with a piezo system jointly developed by LR Baggs and PRS, covering both electric and acoustic sounds with one guitar, producing a sophisticated and diverse sound.

This model is equipped with independent volume knobs for the magnetic pickup (hereinafter “magnetic PU”) and piezo pickup (hereinafter “piezo PU”), and two output jacks (mix/piezo, magnetic).

When connected to the mix/piezo jack, you can blend the sound of the magnetic PU (85/15 “S”) and the piezo PU.

Also, when using the two output jacks, you can send the sound of the magnetic PU to an amplifier and the sound of the piezo PU to an acoustic amplifier or PA (via a DI) separately.

Furthermore, when the jack for the magnetic PU is used alone, the battery for the piezo PU is completely bypassed.

In addition, the magnetic PU can still be used even if the battery runs out.

The sophisticated design of the matching head, headstock and fingerboard binding, and lampshade knobs combine with excellent playability to create a wide range of sounds. The PRS SE Custom 24 Semi-Hollow Piezo is a model that can meet the needs of a wide range of guitarists.
