The weight relief, which was previously used to reduce weight, has been removed and the guitar

now has a completely solid body! The guitar features a 2A-grade flame maple top, mahogany body, and mahogany neck, and the body itself is unweighted.
This gives it a solid attack and a sound that clearly projects forward from the amp.

The Burst Bucker 61 pickups deliver a bright, powerful sound with excellent mid-to-high range projection. They offer a piercing high range for lead sounds and a bright, clear sound with excellent distortion even on the bass strings for backing.
The neck profile is slim-tapered, a 1960s-style design, and the Orange Drop capacitor adds depth to the sound.

The finish is a glossy nitrocellulose lacquer, offering a brighter, more open tone than poly and other basses. This
popular model is sure to develop a richer, more natural sound that cuts through your amp with age.

This particular guitar boasts relatively pronounced wood grain, perfectly matching the subdued unburst finish.

Compared to other 1960s guitars, the bass also boasts a more pronounced resonance.
The weight is 4.49 kg, but the well-balanced center of gravity makes it barely noticeable.
