Our custom-made Les Paul Standard 50s Figured Top!
Nearly a year after the order was conceived, this Ishibashi Musical Instrument exclusive model is finally complete.
Based on the Les Paul Standard 50s Figured Top, a top-selling model in the Gibson USA lineup, we customized the body top color with “Dirty Lemon Burst” and the body and neck back with “Vintage Cherry.
” “Dirty Lemon Burst” is a custom color not available in the current Gibson USA lineup, and was also featured on US Exclusive models released up until last year.
Often used in Gibson Custom Shop historic models, this lemon-toned color is highly sought-after, recreating the fading texture and color of cherry found on authentic vintage guitars.
In addition to the popular “Dirty Lemon Burst” lemon-toned color, we’ve added a subdued “Vintage Cherry” finish to the back of the body and neck to further enhance the look.
This color-matching creates a Les Paul Standard with a vintage look that’s reminiscent of Gibson Custom Shop historic models.
The Gibson USA Les Paul Standard ’50s
features an AA-grade maple top, a mahogany body without weight relief, and a rounded neck with a ’50s feel, making it the perfect guitar for players looking for a classic Les Paul Standard.
