Fender Custom Shop 1958 Telecaster NOS Sunburst – 2006 – This 1958 Telecaster NOS body,

likely made to a custom order , boasts excellent weight and balance, a beautiful grain, and a NOS sunburst finish with a fine grain. The neck is made of birdseye maple. The neck shape is a thick, soft V-shape for a secure feel. While the ash and maple combination can sometimes be a little strong in the high range, this model has a solid neck and good midrange. It feels just like a ’51 Telecaster. The controls are a 4-way, 1-volume/1-tone pickup selector with Position 1: Rear Position 2: Rear + Front Series Position 3: Rear + Front Parallel Position 4: Front This allows for a wide range of tonal options. The neck is currently straight, with the truss rod positioned at the neck end and face. All frets remain. Overall, there is weather checking, scratches, and dents.
