Description

This “throwback edition” goes back to the roots and faithfully reproduces the specifications of the original StingRay, such as a three-point joint with micro-tilt adjustment, a bullet truss rod that can be adjusted from the head side, and a through-body bridge with a mute pad. It is equipped
with a vintage-style humbucking pickup that uses a long Alnico 5 magnet and is wound with single polynylon wire like the original.
The preamp is a two-band EQ, a hand-wired circuit board, and a micro-powered preamp that uses ceramic disc capacitors faithful to the vintage.
It is available in three colors: black, white, and vintage sunburst, and is finished with a gloss polyester top coat, making it a vintage-style instrument that exudes the tone and feel of the 1970s, while also combining modern playability and reliability.
