The lineup of Epiphone Inspired by Gibson Custom Shop, produced in collaboration with Epiphone and Gibson Custom Shop, has been significantly revamped.
In addition to the already released 1958 Korina Flying V/Explorer and 1963 Firebird I/V,
Gibson’s representative models such as Les Paul Standard, SG Custom, ES-355, and Les Paul Custom will be newly released.

Epiphone will release the 1959 ES-355, a beautiful reproduction of the historically famous and highly acclaimed 1959 ES model, in collaboration with Gibson Custom Shop.

The 1959 ES-355 has a 5-ply maple/poplar/maple body with a solid maple center block that is resistant to feedback and produces rich sustain.
The 1-piece mahogany neck with a 50s round medium “C” profile and ebony fingerboard have mother-of-pearl block position inlays.
The headstock is Gibson’s original “openbook” headstock shape, with a mother-of-pearl split diamond inlay on the front and the “Inspired by Gibson Custom” logo engraved on the back.
The pickup is a Gibson Custombucker, which is also used in Custom Shop products.
In addition, CTS potentiometers, Mallory capacitors, Switchcraft selector switches and output jacks are also used, and the sound is also full of specifications.
A hardshell case with the Inspired by Gibson Custom logo is included.

The collaboration between Epiphone and Gibson Custom Shop continues to produce unmistakably, approachable, and high-quality guitars.
The ES-355, which is loved by famous players around the world and is undoubtedly one of Gibson’s most representative models, can be experienced with this new Epiphone Inspired by Gibson Custom 1959 ES-355.
