Description

This is the latest signature model of Soichiro Yamauchi,

the vocalist and lead guitarist of Fujifabric. Yamauchi, who loves both the trademark Fiesta Red Stratocaster and the Telecaster, developed this model to embody his ideal guitar that combines the best of both.
The ash body with a white satin finish has a thin line structure with the left and right sides hollowed out, leaving the center. Combined with the CuNiFe Wide Range Humbucker mounted on the original machined aluminum escutcheon, it produces a thick and warm tone.
In addition, the bridge position, which Yamauchi was particular about, is equipped with a Custom Wired Vintage Style Single Coil Tele, which was developed for a more powerful tone while following the specifications of his beloved ’54 Telecaster. Furthermore, at Yamauchi’s request, he placed importance on the Telecaster’s bridge structure, which transmits the vibration of the strings more directly to the pickup, so the Telecaster bridge was boldly attached directly to the Stratocaster.
The neck grip is based on his beloved ’54 Telecaster, and while it is thick, the nut width has been narrowed to provide a comfortable grip. In addition,
a direct switch for the neck pickup has been installed as an idea to quickly switch from backing to lead guitar, making this a guitar full of originality never before seen.
